Senior GRC Security Analyst (RSA Archer Specialist)

**Location:** Austin, TX (**100% Onsite – Local Candidates Preferred**) **Duration:** Contract through **August 31, 2026** (Extension Possible) **Start Date:** **June 15, 2026** **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST **Hours:** Up to **528 Hours** **Interview Mode:** To Be Determined **Work Authorization:** U.S.-based candidates only ### Overview We are seeking an experienced **Senior GRC Security Analyst / RSA Archer Specialist** to support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives in a large public-sector environment. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in **RSA Archer administration, configuration, integrations, risk management, and compliance frameworks**. The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing and supporting **enterprise RSA Archer solutions**, collaborating with cross-functional security and compliance teams, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. This position requires an independent, hands-on professional capable of managing complex technical implementations while supporting mission-critical governance, risk, and compliance operations. **Important:** Candidates selected for this role may be subject to a pre-employment security review and background screening. ### Key Responsibilities #### RSA Archer Platform Administration & Configuration * Design, configure, implement, and maintain **RSA Archer GRC solutions** * Develop and support Archer modules including: * **Assessment & Authorization (A\&A)** * **Controls Assurance** * **Issues Management** * **Custom Archer Applications** * **Enterprise Integrations** * Configure and customize: * Questionnaires and surveys * Forms, workflows, and approvals * Data fields and relationships * Calculations and automation * Role-based access controls and permissions * Data imports and automated feeds #### Business & Technical Analysis * Gather and analyze business and functional requirements * Translate stakeholder needs into: * Technical solution designs * Configuration specifications * User stories * Implementation roadmaps * Partner with security, compliance, risk, and IT teams to support governance objectives #### Integration & Development * Develop and support **REST APIs and web service integrations** between Archer and enterprise systems * Integrate with platforms such as **ITSM, CMDB, risk, and compliance systems** * Build **client-side customizations using JavaScript and jQuery** #### Documentation & Governance * Create and maintain technical documentation, including: * System design and configurations * Testing plans and results * Integration documentation * Change requests and implementation records * Process transformation artifacts * Follow established **change management and release management** procedures for production deployments * Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables using project management tools #### Support & Optimization * Troubleshoot Archer platform issues and resolve defects * Optimize performance and enhance platform usability * Provide knowledge transfer, training materials, and solution walkthroughs to stakeholders and end users ### Required Qualifications * **Required Certification (Must Have):** * **Archer Certified Professional (ACP)** **OR** * **Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert Certification** * Strong hands-on experience with **RSA Archer platform architecture, workflows, and configuration** * Experience with **REST APIs, web services, and system integrations** * Proficiency with **JavaScript and jQuery** for Archer customizations * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills * Experience working within **structured, change-controlled environments** ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting **large enterprise or government GRC implementations** * Strong understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as: * **NIST** * **ISO 27001** * **SOC** * Regulatory compliance programs * Experience integrating Archer with **ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms** * Prior experience in **information security, risk management, or compliance teams** * Experience working in **public-sector or highly regulated environments** ### Ideal Candidate Background We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in **Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)** who have successfully delivered **enterprise RSA Archer implementations and integrations** in complex environments.
