This role is ideal for professionals who combine hands-on technical expertise with the ability to advise stakeholders, improve business systems, and implement scalable technology solutions. The selected consultant will collaborate with internal teams to assess technology environments, strengthen data systems, support process improvements, and evaluate opportunities involving AI and automation. ## Key Responsibilities ### Technology Strategy & Systems Improvement * Evaluate existing technology environments and identify opportunities for improvement * Recommend scalable and sustainable solutions aligned with business needs * Help prioritize initiatives and contribute to technology roadmap planning * Provide guidance on emerging technologies and practical AI applications ### Data Systems & Platform Support * Support improvements to enterprise data systems and workflows * Work with Salesforce and related business platforms to enhance usability and reliability * Assist with data migration initiatives while maintaining data integrity * Document processes and solutions to support long-term operational ownership ### AI & Automation Initiatives * Identify and evaluate practical AI and automation opportunities * Pilot solutions that improve efficiency and operational effectiveness * Support thoughtful adoption of new technologies ### Project Execution & Collaboration * Lead or contribute to technology implementation projects from planning through delivery * Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations effectively * Adapt to evolving priorities and business requirements ## Required Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in technology consulting, systems administration, business systems, or related roles * Experience with Salesforce administration, development, or related enterprise platforms * Strong understanding of business process improvement and technology implementation * Experience managing cross-functional technology projects * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ## Preferred Qualifications * Salesforce certification(s) or equivalent experience * Google Workspace administration experience * Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and best practices * Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, or emerging technologies * Background supporting nonprofit, enterprise, or mission-driven organizations ## Desired Skills * Salesforce * Business Systems Analysis * Technology Strategy * AI & Automation * Data Management * Project Management * Process Improvement * Cybersecurity Awareness * Google Workspace
