**Location:** Austin, TX (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite / Local Candidates Only) **Duration:** Contract through August 2026 with potential extensions **Hours:** Up to 650 hours (M–F, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST) **Interview Mode:** Microsoft Teams We are seeking an experienced **Senior Business & Data Process Analyst** to support enterprise applications and business initiatives through requirements analysis, process improvement, documentation development, and stakeholder collaboration. This role is ideal for professionals who can combine business analysis, data analysis, and user-focused documentation expertise while effectively bridging technical and business teams. ### Responsibilities * Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, workflows, and user requirements * Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams including architecture, development, and support teams * Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements * Participate in software development activities including analysis, design reviews, testing, and implementation support * Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation, reference materials, and instructional content * Create screenshots, visual aids, and step-by-step materials to simplify application usage * Translate technical functionality and system enhancements into clear, user-friendly documentation * Update documentation based on new features, enhancements, and system changes * Participate in meetings, demos, and walkthroughs to gather business and technical requirements * Support training material development and end-user adoption efforts * Organize and present information in a clear and concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences ### Required Qualifications * 8+ years of business systems analysis and requirements gathering experience * Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices * Experience participating in software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities * Experience with system analysis, testing, and user acceptance support * Strong planning, organization, and multi-tasking skills * Experience serving as a liaison between business and IT teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities * Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data analysis and interpreting raw datasets * Experience creating user-focused technical or instructional documentation * Experience developing visual documentation such as screenshots and process guides * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language * PMP or project management experience is a plus * Experience supporting large enterprise or regulated environments preferred ### Additional Information * Hybrid schedule: **3 days remote / 2 days onsite (Tuesday and Wednesday required onsite)** * Candidates **must currently reside locally** * Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required * Potential for contract extensions based on project needs
